It is our pleasure to bring you 2Fat +. The response to our original 2Fat app has been positive and overwhelming. Thank you so much for all of your wonderful feedback! We read all of your comments and have created something as simple and intuitive as 2Fat, but with some great new additions. 2Fat + adds metric support and increased efficiency to 2Fat. As requested, it now displays BMI categories. Please keep the comments and constructive criticism coming!Features- Estimate Body Fat Percentage- Calculate Body Mass Index- + BMI displays categories- + Metric or US units- + Weight is automatically copied from Body Fat Percentage to BMI so you don’t have to enter it twice- + Entries (gender, weight, height, waist, units) are automatically stored when you exit 2Fat + and will be populated the next time you run 2Fat +- + More picker wheels for easier entry+ Denotes features added to 2Fat +In response to the comments concerning the accuracy of the Body Fat Percentage, 2Fat provides an estimate with a commonly used formula. There are several other ways to estimate body fat percentage using infra-red light, dual energy X-ray absorptiometry, bioelectrical impedance analysis, or anthropometric methods. While our method will not be perfect for everyone, it provides a good estimate without expensive equipment. Look for future versions of 2Fat + to offer multiple ways to estimate Body Fat Percentage!
